Sandbourne Cottage is superbly situated in the idyllic West Dorset village of Frampton, less than half an hour's drive from the South coast and only five miles from historic Dorchester. Sandbourne is one of the largest of the 13 properties on the Manor Farm Cottages site, sleeping up to a maximum of six people in three bedrooms. The cottage enjoys magnificent views of the rolling Dorset countryside and there are many delightful walks, rivers, historic houses, churches, gardens and wildlife to be found in the surrounding area. Sandbourne Cottage comprises three bedrooms, a large lounge area and adjoining kitchen and dining areas. The lounge has modern furnishings and is complete with colour TV, mini hi-fi system and plenty of books and magazines. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer with all crockery, pans and utensils whilst the dining area has ample seating for up to six people. There is one double and one twin bedroom in addition to a further bedroom with full sized bunk beds.

There are no additional charges for electricity and water. Off road parking is available for two cars. Pets are not allowed and there is no smoking in the cottage.
