Nestling into our private hidden valley amongst the rolling Hardy-esque Dorset downs and surrounded by extensive gardens, ponds and grounds of about a square mile with sheep and waving corn. Try our heated indoor pool, with a jacuzzi and swim jet. Then, luxuriate in the sauna, perhaps after a session in our gymnasium. With a games room, a tennis court, fishing, bike hire, and of course an amazing equestrian centre catering for ALL abilities. Even our younger guests are not left out as we keep a variety of animals, from ducks to donkeys, fish to alpacas, chickens to pigs and our friendly Dartmoor sheep. Pick the fruit from the orchard in season, enjoy a barbecue by the small lake as the sun goes down, or just soak up the peace and quiet that is Luccombe.

Rural Dorset is one of the most peaceful, unspoilt and beautiful areas of England. And Luccombe, lying at the very centre of it is well placed for any holiday. You can even see the sea from the farm and the famous Jurassic coast is not too far away. Milton Abbas with its line of identical thatched cottages lies along the edge of our farm, and a heritage trail links us with it as well as Milton Abbey, once the seat of Lord Milton. We have so much history all around us. Think of us as the hub of a wheel, with interesting places to go in any direction. Shaftesbury and Gold Hill to the north, Blandford a Georgian market town to the East, Dorchester with Roman foundations to the West and all that glorious heritage coastline to the South.
