Coral Cottage is a charming character cottage situated in the village of Winkton on the Hampshire/Dorset border. The fabulous coastline and beaches of Mudeford and Christchurch lie just a short distance away, as does the unspoilt beauty of New Forest National Park. The forest can be reached in a short walk or drive from the cottage and offers endless opportunities for walking and cycling. There are miles of forestry paths and tracks criss crossing the forest which provide vistors with the opportunity to observe the woodland wildlife in its natural setting. A little further distant are the larger seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole where visitors will find a wide range of attractions suitable for the whole family.

Coral Cottage comprises of a comfortable lounge with open fire, ample seating, Freeview TV and DVD player and a south facing kitchen/diner with French windows accessing the patio and lawn. The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and can easily seat six in comfort. There is a pub and restaurant serving good food a short walk away from the cottage, ideal for evenings out. Alternatively, there is a barbecue and garden furniture which is perfect for al fresco meals on those longer summer evenings.

Rooms Description

The cottage has two double bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and the other with two three foot singles that can be pushed together. On this floor there is also a spacious family bathroom with power shower over the bath. The double bedroom also has a TV.

Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are provided. Unrestricted parking is available immediately outside the cottage. You will find condiments, dishwasher and washing machine tabs, bathroom requisites, a large supply of complimentary logs for the fire, cleaning materials, and clean tea towels.
