Previously a smugglers cottage, Shutters is a pretty 300 year old cottage. The standard of this charming property is extremely high and will make for a relaxing and welcoming stay. The cottage comprises of 4 bedrooms (3 doubles & 1 single) and will sleep up to seven people. There are two reception rooms, a breakfast room, two bathrooms, wet room, kitchen and a fantastic conservatory overlooking the lovely garden and summerhouse.

The Shutters really is a beautiful place to stay with walks directly from the front door. Just a few minutes stroll away you'll find the river Stour and maybe pay a visit to the Tuckton Tea Rooms and take their vintage ferry down to Mudeford. Closer, just a few minutes walk, is the Wick Ferry, a wonderful way to visit Christchurch with its 11th century priory, quay, riverside cafes and excellent restaurants. Alternatively, Christchurch is just five minutes by car. A delightful sandy beach is within walking distance of the cottage if you fancy a walk. Further afield Bournemouth is a short drive where you'll find the fascinating Oceanarium, Bournemouth Eye and the New Forest National Park.
