Swanage boasts picturesque beauty and is found on the now designated Jurassic Coast and is historically know as fishing village. With relics of bygone ages scattered about town there is plenty to explore as well. The flats themselves enjoy some amazing sea views and offer a greener approach to your holiday at the same time and has been awarded a Gold award from the Green Tourism Business scheme. Marston House offers a variety of nice extras to help you enjoy your experience. Flat 1 is a first floor flat and consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, both with vanity unit, and can sleep up to 4 people. It is the largest of the apartments. It has gas central heating assuring that guests in the winter keep nice and warm. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. Flat 2 is the most popular of the apartments and is on the top floor. It consists of a double bedroom and a family room which has a double bed, single bunk and a further single bed. Both rooms again have a vanity unit and are heated electrically. The kitchen is recently fitted and fully equipped to meet all of your self catering needs. The Bathroom is spacious with a bath and electric shower and the lounge is complete with a TV, DVD, radio and cd player. All guests will be fascinated by the stunning sea views from the lounge and kitchen, across to the Isle of Wight and Ballard Down. Flat 3 has 2 bedrooms one with a double and a single bed and in the second there is a single bed. The kitchen and bathroom are both recently refitted with all modernised facilities and the lounge is comfortable with all the latest electrical equipment to keep you entertained. Both bedrooms and the lounge have uninterupted views across Swanage Bay towards the Isle of Wight.

Late Availability: Flat 2 8-15 and 15-22 June at 15% reduction - now only £475 for 7 nights! Booking: Short breaks November - Easter with a minimum of 2 nights booking. Weekly bookings May to October. 50% deposit required on booking.
