Bayview Holiday Accommodation is a three bedroom Edwardian terraced house offering self catering accommodation in the Dorset resort of Swanage. This large house sleeps up to eight people and is set on a quiet road within walking distance of the town, main beach and countryside. The property is within walking distance of Townsend Nature Reserve and footpaths lead to Durlston Country Park with its lighthouse, famous Globe and tea room. There is a local shop/newsagent right around the corner, close to the Black Swan pub.

The accommodation is spread over four stories with the ground floor containing a hall and two lounges, one of which is complete with colour TV, Freeview, video, DVD, family games, puzzles, books and fireplace. On the lower ground floor there is a large well equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, microwave and electric cooker. This room leads out onto the fully enclosed garden with outdoor furniture. The first floor is home to a double bedroom with fine sea view, a further bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed and a family bathroom with a separate W/C. Finally, there is a twin bedroom on the second floor with a panoramic view of the bay and the downs. Please note that we do not allow smoking and we are unable to accommodate pets.
