We are a friendly, family run B&B, ideally situated for exploring the spectacular Dorset countryside and the Jurassic Coast. Catering for those who wish to take a break from the stresses of everday life, or for the businessman or woman who requires a better standard of accommodation whilst they are working away from home.

Located within easy reach of Poole town centre, The Quay and Continental Ferry Terminal and just 6 miles from Bournemouth's International Airport. The stunning beaches and facilities of Sandbanks and Studland are just a 5 minute drive away. For those who enjoy dining out, there are numerous restaurants, pubs and wine bars which are also within reasonable walking distance or a short hop on the bus. We offer an appetising and freshly cooked English breakfast. For those who prefer something a little lighter, a continental breakfast consisting of fruit juice, fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, toast or croissants and a selection of conserves and honey is also available.

Our rooms are stylish and comfortable and are attractively furnished. Each with en-suite wet room and under floor heating throughout. Each room is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, LCD flat screen TV, WiFi internet access, radio/alarm clock and hairdryer. Both rooms are on the ground floor. (Breakfast is served on the first floor).
