Comfortable accommodation just a short level walk from the town centre, the golden beaches and the local amenities. Adjacent to the Swanage Steam Railway, guests can enjoy these wonderfully restored trains. We offer guests a 'bumper' English breakfast to help you start the day right. We are also happy to accommodate any dietary requirements by arrangement. Early breakfasts are not a problem!

Being so close to the town centre, we are convenient for all of Swanage's amenities. Only a short walk will take you to the beach and many of the town's restaurants and pubs. We are also ideally situated for many of Purbeck's scenic walks and attractions. For the rambler in you, we offer packed lunches by arrangement. Cyclists and divers are equally welcome and there are secure storage facilities for bikes and diving equipment by arrangement. Whatever you decide to do on your holiday break, we will make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
