Welcome to Greygles, a ETC 4 star self catering holiday cottage set in a rural location on the edge of a friendly village in the hills of Dorset, 10 miles north east of Dorchester. Its position means it enjoys stunning views over the surrounding countryside. The house offers the feel of a country cottage but has modern facilities and space for a family party. It comfortably sleeps up to 7 people.

There is plenty to see and do in the area. The property is set in the middle of Hardy Country and is at the centre of Dorset's best walking country. Whatever your ability, there is mile upon mile of pathways waiting to be explored. We are only a half hour drive away from the dramatic Jurassic Coast where you can send the children off fossil hunting. There are a wide range of old towns, ancient abbeys and beautiful gardens close by which are well worth a visit.

Rooms Description

There are four bedrooms in all – 2 doubles, one twin, and one single. Of the double bedrooms, one - with a bathroom and toilet next to it - is on the ground floor. The sitting room enjoys an open fire and stunning views over the countryside. The dining room (right) with its antique table easily seats 8 people.The kitchen has electric hobs and oven - and an Aga cooker. There is also a microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher plus a walk-in larder.

We have parking available for 2 cars and we have a key safe meaning you can arrive any time after 4pm. Dogs are welcome at a charge of £10 per dog.
