Head Chef Stephen Pielesz presides over the hotel's restaurant, serving a selection of traditional Dorset dishes, freshened by contemporary techniques amd presentation. The restaurant use locally sourced, organic, high quality ingredients, and recently featured in the BBC's Good Food Magazine. Virtually everything is produced in house from biscuits, bread & marmalade, to scones, chutney & ice-cream. There is also stunning al fresco dining in the Beaminster Brasserie, beneath a vaulted pagoda overlooking the garden. As one of only a handful of small, luxury hotel’s in Dorset, BridgeHouse appeals to those looking for a smaller, more intimate and exclusive weddings. From London From the M25, take the M3 Southbound. After the Fleet Service Station, at Junction 8, exit on to the A303 signposted Andover. After approximately 90 miles, exit the A303 on to the A356. This is directed to Crewkerne. As you continue through Crewkerne you will bear left following the signs for Dorchester A356. Approximately 2 miles out of Crewkerne, after the village of Misterton, you will reach a crossroads. Turn right on to the A3066 towards Bridport. Follow the road through Mosterton towards Beaminster. Proceed through the town, past the square. The Hotel is on the left-hand side at the bottom of a small hill as you leave Beaminster. The car park is immediately adjacent to the Hotel. From Bristol (M5) From the M5, exit at Taunton Junction 25. Head east bound on the A358 towards Chard. As you enter Chard, just past a Focus super store, turn left. At the next roundabout turn left again, on to the A30 heading towards Crewkerne. As you continue around the one-way system of Crewkerne, follow the signs for Dorchester A356. Approximately 2 miles out of Crewkerne, after the village of Misterton, you will reach a crossroads. Turn right on to the A3066 towards Bridport. Follow the road through Mosterton towards Beaminster.
