Situated as we are in the town centre, the shops, restaurants, cinema and Langmoor Gardens can all be found within easy reach. The town has a long and varied history and has escaped any noticeable development, remaining unspoiled. The property also boasts on-site car parking and welcomes dogs by arrangement.

Lyme Regis is an historic unspoiled seaside resort and fishing port set on Cobb Harbour, made famous in the film 'The French Lieutenant's Woman'. The surrounding coast and countryside has been granted World Heritage Site status in recognition of its geological importance and fossil finds. A number of pleasure boat trips depart regularly from the harbour allowing visitors the opportunity to try their hand at a spot of mackerel fishing offshore. There really is no better base for your short break or longer holiday on the fantastic Jurassic Coast.

Each of our three letting rooms are comfortable and fully equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, ironing facilities and clothes drying facilities. Guests also have access to their own private kitchen, which gives you the option to self cater, should you wish.
