Our comfortable and well placed self catering accommodation is situated in the picturesque village of Wyke Regis, just a mile from the seaside town of Weymouth and with the sea and lovely sandy coves just minutes walk away, it's a lovely location to spend some quality time away. The village of Wyke Regis is linked to the bygone days of smuggling and the looting of wrecks. This is reflected today in the name of the local pub the Wyke Smugglers where you might like to stop for a drink or two. You'll also find a restaurant, shop and bus stop in the village. Nearby sandy coves are ideal for a day fishing, exploring or fossil hunting. If you wish to explore further you'll find a variety of attractions including fantastic coastal paths, deep sea fishing, or maybe visit Weymouth town with it's picturesque harbour, quaint inns, restaurants, fresh seafood and late night bars. For the more adventurous, why not try windsurfing, kitesurfing or powerkiting? Also worth a day out is the impressive Chesil Beach, a Unesco World Heritage Site, this shingle structure reaches 18 miles long and is 660ft wide and 50ft high. Both are equipped to sleep 2 adults and 2 children and comprise of Lounge/Bedroom with double bed, Slumberland mattress sofa bed, single chair bed, TV, DVD, Radio/CD, and a table with 4 chairs, living and bedroom area combined. There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with full cooker, microwave, fridge, ironing board and iron. A bathroom with shower cubicle and hot running water, toilet and washbasin. Each flat is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Free bed linen and free parking for all guests is provided.
