Situated in a quiet location, Kenmuire Flats are just a short walk from the beach, esplanade and gardens, not to mention the park and nature reserve situated only 200 yards away. Kenmuire Holiday Flats offers a variety of comfortable accommodation to suit all budgets. Visit Britain recently viewed all of the flats available and has awarded them between a one and three star rating for self catering premises.

Kenmuire Holiday Flats are located at the northern end of the esplanade close to Greenhill Gardens which is a perfect place to find peace and tranquillity and stunning views over the sandy beach and the sea. Weymouth offers a variety of activities including The Rodwell Trail and the Coastal Path for those who enjoy walking, or you can take an open top bus tour to the famous Portland Bill Lighthouse. Weymouth Harbour has numerous cafes and bars with outdoor seating and Hope Square is a pedestrian only square with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The square is dominated by the old brewery building and inside there is a large collection of arts and crafts shops, more cafes and confectioners. If the weather takes a turn for the worse, Weymouth has a multiscreen cinema and ten pin bowling.

Rooms Description

Flat 1 sleeps two persons and is situated on the first floor. This flat consists of a bed-sitting room with double bed, cooker, fridge, colour television, microwave and en-suite bathroom. Flat 2 sleeps four persons and is situated on the second floor. This flat comprises of one large room that is split into a lounge area with colour television, fold down double bed and cooking/dining area which includes a full cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is also a double bedroom with shower, wash basin and W/C. Flat 3 is an annexe and sleeps up to four persons. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with bunk beds, a wash basin and shaving light. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a lounge with colour television, family bathroom and a kitchen with full cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave. Flat 4 sleeps two persons and is situated on the first floor. This flat comprises of a large room with double bed, small leather sofa, a colour television and en-suite facilities. There is also a kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge and microwave. All flats are supplied with bed linen and a complimentary hot drinks tray. Please note that all flats are fitted with a coin operated electricity meter.
