Rated 4 star Guest Accommodation by Visit Britain, Florian is non-smoking and is situated just 10-15 minutes walk from Weymouth town centre and beach. Florian is a traditional Victorian house, built around 1885, with 4 floors. There is car parking at the front and a south facing garden at the rear. This is ideal if visiting with young children, as they can play in the secure garden. Patio doors lead from the dining room to the garden where Guests are welcome to sit and relax on the loungers for a little extra sunbathing. Florian is non-smoking throughout but guests may smoke in the garden.

Visit the famous Jurassic coastline with its stunning hills and valleys and beautiful views. Florian is close to the South West Coastal Path. Along the coast you will find many quaint fishing villages and seaside towns. For the kids, why not visit Monkey World or Kingston Maurward Animal Park. The beautiful beach is always a favorite with children. There are many fascinating museums and exhibitions to see. Close by, there is chemists, hairdresser, Spar shop and the Rock pub, which has very good resturant. Fishing trips can be arranged for you on our own Charter Fishing boat 'Atlanta'. Florian is open all year including Christmas and New Year.

Rooms Description

The six rooms to choose from are all recently refurbished and offer en-suite facilities or private bathrooms. There are a choice of twin, double and family rooms. All bedrooms have TV, Mini Fridge, Hospitality Trays & Hairdryer. In the morning enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast in the dining room. Vegetarians, Vegans and guests with special diets are welcome. The patio doors lead from the dining room to the garden where Guests are able to enjoy the south facing garden and may smoke in the garden.

Florian has a small car park and is just 10 mins walk from the town, harbour and beach. There is a south facing garden where guest may sit and relax. There are a variety of small birds which visit the garden to feed. Early breakfasts are available for guests who are going on the ferry or on a fishing trip. We have our own fishing charter boat and can arrange a trip for you. (subject to availability)
