This 16th Century former coaching inn is set in the heart of Thomas Hardys’ picturesque Dorset countryside and home of the famous Chalk Giant etched on the hill. The perfect place to unwind and relax and stay the night with a drink and some home cooked food. All produce arrives daily and is sourced as locally and ethically as possible. The main menu is complimented by a daily bar menu and caters for all appetites and tastes. Sunday lunch is a speciality!
