Brook End is a luxurious and spacious modern house set in the Avon valley less than a mile from the beautiful Christchurch town centre with it`s Quay, Priory and lovely riverside setting. Extremely close are Mudeford, local beaches, the exquisite New Forest and Bournemouth's glorious seven miles of sandy beaches. There is so much to see and do within easy reach. We are pleased to advise you that in 2008 Brook End was awarded 5 Star status by 'Quality in Tourism' Our accommodation and service reflects this standard. Our beautiful home-away-from-home sleeps 4 adults very comfortably. We welcome children and have a large cot, high chair, stair gate, some toys etc. An additional adult bed, if needed, easily fits into the master bedroom without compromising space. Rooms Description

We ensure our accommodation will meet your every need. Downstairs you will find a very spacious main lounge and dining area with patio doors to the private garden. Room facilities include flat screen freeview TV, DVD player, CD/Radio, WiFi, leather suite and quality fittings. Next to this is the hall and kitchen-- fully fitted with integrated cooker, hob, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher etc. Upstairs the master bedroom has a TV, a 5 foot luxury bed. This room has an ensuite bathroom with shower and bath and WC. The second bedroom has a normal size double bed and walk in wardrobe. The family bathroom has a large shower, basin and WC. All bedrooms have fitted furniture.For full pictures see`hornbeams.net`. Guests have the benefit of their own private garden with wooden table, chairs and benches. They are also more than welcome to use the host's large garden (and swing)! Of course there is full central heating and constant hot water. All decoration/ furnishings are tasteful and contemporary.
