Topsail House offers luxurious self catering accommodation for up to six people on the edge of the picturesque seaside town of Swanage in Dorset. Swanage has an excellent sunshine record and has long been a favourite centre for anglers, divers, sailors and windsurfers. Lovers of the great outdoors are sure to enjoy the miles of unspoilt country and coastal paths that cross the Isle of Purbeck. Other attractions that lie within easy reach include St Aldhelm's Head, Chapman's Pool, Kimmeridge Bay and the lost village of Tyneham and the famous coastal wonders of Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. A ferry leaves from Swanage for Poole and Bournemouth beyond.

Topsail House has its own driveway for easy parking, plus a garage. The well equipped kitchen is complete with microwave, electric oven with gas hob, washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The lounge retains much of is original character and has an inglenook fireplace where you can have your own log fire (for which logs are provided). There are a good range of amenities within easy walking distance of the property, including a pub, two convenience stores, a fish and chip shop and Indian restaurant.
