Friendly and informal, The Limes has twelve bedrooms and is a perfect base for a visit to Swanage and Purbeck. Originally a Victorian house, The Limes is a mere 2 minute walk from Swanage town centre, beach and clifftop walks. The beautiful Isle of Purbeck with its World Heritage Coastline offers fantastic walking and leisure opportunities. We welcomes families, pets and groups and have a licensed bar and a games room with pool table. We have car parking to the rear of the property and offer cycle and equipment storage and laundry facilities.
Located in the heart of Swanage, we are close to many local attractions including Swanage Steam Railway, the Pier and Heritage Centre, and Corfe Castle, a beautiful village mostly built from stones from the ruined Castle. World-famous Monkey World to the Bovington Tank Museum are also only a short distance away. Whatever your idea of the perfect break, Swanage and Purbeck will have something for you.

We have a selection of single, double, twin and family rooms, all ensuite and some with sea views. There are also 3 single rooms which share 2 bathrooms. Each room has Freeview TV/DVD and hospitality tray. Cots and high chairs are available. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in our spacious dining room. Choose from our buffet table of fruit juices, cereal, yogurts and fruit, followed by a generous cooked breakfast chosen from a menu.
